The OSSA is an alliance of security firms that support and promote security and IT convergence, and standards-making organizations that make this possible. These include SIA, ASIS, ONVIF, PSIA, IEEE, PCI and Government (FIPS, TWIC, ANSI).
The OSSA supports the adoption of standards-based languages and data formats.
The OSSA sponsors educational outreach programs that;
